Internship Position: Customer Service Intern

Location: Guimarães, Portugal

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
• Support the customer service team in managing and documenting customer feedback, complaints, and service requests.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Analyze trends in customer interactions and report findings to improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service integration.

Job Requirements

• Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (Business Administration, Communications, etc.) or recent graduate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
