Job Specification

As a Management intern, you'll work closely with our leadership team across several key functions such as operations, HR, finance, and marketing. Duties include:

- Contributing to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to develop and implement operational policies and goals.
- Engaging in market research to identify new opportunities.
- Analyzing existing operations and suggesting strategies for improvement.
- Observing and learning from key members of the organization.
- Assisting in coordinating and managing project tasks to ensure project delivery within the allocated budget and timeframe.

Job requirements

We are seeking a proactive individual who is currently undertaking a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management or relevant fields. You should demonstrate:
