Internship Position: Events Management Intern

Join our dynamic team as an Events Management Intern and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of event planning. You will work closely with experienced professionals and be involved in various phases of event execution.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events including corporate gatherings, private parties, and public festivals.
• Support the logistics team with venue selection, vendor negotiations, and catering arrangements.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Participate in site visits and meetings with clients to discuss event details and expectations.
• Help maintain budgets and timelines to ensure all events are executed on schedule and within budget.
• Perform administrative duties such as maintaining databases, organizing event documentation, and managing RSVPs.

Job Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with event management software is a plus.
