Internship Position: Events Management Intern
We are seeking a motivated and organized Events Management Intern to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the events industry while being part of a leading company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including corporate meetings, weddings, and cultural festivals.
- Support logistics coordination, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and help develop event concepts.
- Manage participant registration and communication, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Help with research and sourcing innovative event solutions and materials.
- Assist in marketing efforts, including social media promotion and event marketing collateral preparation.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing or recently obtained a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
