Responsibility

• Supporting in preparing, cooking, and serving food according to company protocols.
• Managing customer orders and requests with high attention to detail.
• Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the preparation area and service counter.
• Assisting in managing supply inventory and placing orders when necessary.
• Learning company’s service philosophy and applying those concepts in customer interactions.
• Working collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed service goals and standards.

Job Requirements:

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Prior experience or coursework knowledge in food sanitation, safety, and basic food handling skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
