Job Description:

We are seeking an Animation Intern to join our talented team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced industry professionals on a variety for projects. You will assist in creating engaging animated sequences, character modeling, rigging, texturing and lighting. You will also lend a hand in the creation of animation storyboards, and participate in review sessions and animatics. Furthermore, this role entails working closely with our artists and technical directors to understand and navigate the animation pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating 3D character models and environment assets.
• Contribute to storyboard creation and editing.
• Assist in rigging, skinning, and animating characters scene setup.
• Participate in review meetings presenting your work to the team.
• Provide general project support to the animation team.

Qualifications:

• Must be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Animation, Visual effects, Computer Science or related majors.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and animation software such as Maya, 3Ds Max, Blender, etc.
• Basic understanding of animation principles and a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication skills, team-oriented and proactive in tasks.
• Ability to adapt to new tools and techniques.
