Role: Customer Service Intern

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Customer Relationship Management or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Strong customer service orientation
• Sound knowledge of CRM systems and practices
• Enthusiasm to learn about new technologies and understand their complexities
