Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist lead teachers in conducting high-quality classes for various levels, from beginners to advanced students.
- Facilitate interactive learning activities and exercises to improve students' English skills – speaking, writing, listening and reading.
- Support students individually as per their learning pace.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to lead teachers.
- Take part in staff meetings and teacher development programs.
- Adhere to school's teaching methodologies and guidelines.
- Community building activities to motivate students in taking initiative in their learning journey.

Job requirement

- A Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related fields.
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is mandatory.
- Minimum one year experience in English language teaching.
- Excellent command over English, both written and spoken is a must.
- Proficiency in Portuguese will be a plus, but is not necessary.
- Possess good IT skills and familiarity with standard teaching aids.
- You must be eligible to work in EU.
