Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Spanish Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support lead teachers in delivering engaging Spanish language lessons to students of various proficiency levels. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the preparation and execution of educational materials and lesson plans.
  • Facilitating small group activities to enhance language acquisition.
  • Providing individual support to students, addressing their specific learning needs.
  • Conducting conversation practice sessions to improve students’ speaking skills.
  • Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to both students and lead teachers.
  • Organizing cultural events and extracurricular activities to enrich the learning experience.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education, Spanish Language, Linguistics or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, with a strong understanding of grammar and vocabulary.
  • Experience in teaching or tutoring Spanish, preferably in a formal educational setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
