Internship Opportunity: Reception / Reservations

The intern will assist in managing all aspects of the front office operations, contributing to an exceptional customer experience from reservation to departure.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Ensure smooth handling of all guest arrivals, departures, and inquiries, adhering to company standards for guest satisfaction.
• Manage reservations via phone, email, and online channels.
• Collaborate with other departments to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Handle guest complaints, providing an adequate solution to maximize satisfaction.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of room rates, packages, discounts, and promotions.
• Assist in the preparation of regular reports, including occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction surveys.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or equivalent.
• Unwavering commitment to customer service excellence.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with reservation management systems.
