Role Overview

As a Reception/Reservations Intern, you will assist our front desk team in managing daily operations, providing stellar service to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and checking in guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Handling telephone and email inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, and hotel information.
• Maintaining the reservation system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date booking details.
• Assisting in processing payments and handling guest accounts.
• Collaborating with departments to ensure guest requests and concerns are addressed promptly.
• Participating in daily briefings and training sessions to enhance operational skills.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with booking systems is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
