Internship Position: Events Management Intern

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Events Management Intern to join our team. This position is perfect for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative atmosphere. You will work closely with our event coordinators and project managers to ensure the successful planning and execution of our events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events.
  • Conduct research on venues, suppliers, and potential partners.
  • Help manage event budgets and assist in negotiating contracts.
  • Participate in site visits and vendor meetings.
  • Support marketing efforts by creating promotional material for events.
  • Assist with event set-up and post-event evaluations.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling and communication.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Events Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of design software is a plus.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage.
