Role: French Teaching Assistant

As a French Teaching Assistant, will be an integral part of our educational team, instrumental in maintaining the high quality of teaching we strive to provide.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Support the Lead French Teacher in designing lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Assist in teaching French language classes to a diverse range of students, with varying levels of proficiency.
- Assist in creating a stimulating, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that caters to different learning styles.
- Take an active role in monitoring student performance, providing constructive feedback, and guiding improvement.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development training.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in French Language, Literature, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or a similar role.
- Working knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and digital education tools.

Personal Requirements:

- Native or bilingual proficiency in French.
- Strong command of English or Portuguese to communicate effectively with colleagues, students, and their parents.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- High levels of creativity and enthusiasm for teaching.
- Ambitious, patient, and resilient with a positive attitude.
