Job Description

We are currently in search of a dynamic and passionate English Teaching Assistant who is committed to providing high-quality language instruction to our students. The ideal candidate will assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering lessons, help students in their learning process, assist with grading and assessments, and participate in cultural and recreational activities. The candidate will also be responsible for fostering a conducive learning environment that inspires learners to improve their language skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting lead teacher in planning and implementing English lessons
- Clarifying students' doubts and facilitating interactive learning sessions
- Monitoring students' progress and providing constructive feedback
- Supporting the development and implementation of educational initiatives
- Participating in school meetings, training, and events

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in English, Education or a related field. An internationally recognized TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent qualification is desirable. We also require a minimum of 1-year teaching experience, preferably in a multicultural setting. Advanced proficiency (native or near-native level) in English is a must.
