Role & Responsibilities

• Provide support to our HR team in all aspects, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
• Assistance in coordinating training sessions and seminars.
• Participating in the maintenance and handling of HR systems and databases.
• Support in making decisions about employee hiring and promotion.
• Regularly coordinating with the HR team to measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.
• Provide administrative support with employee data records, reports, and HR-related metrics.
• Active participation in the organization of company events.

Qualifications and Personal Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
• A genuine interest in HR practices and trends, and a desire to further develop in this field.
• High level of reliability, self-motivation, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking ability, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Previous experience in an HR-related role or internship is a plus but not mandatory.
