Vacancy: Reception / Reservations Intern

We are currently seeking a dynamic and committed intern for our Reception / Reservations team. This opportunity presents a conducive avenue for harnessing potential and refining competencies within a supportive and exciting work environment.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective and efficient handling of all guest arrivals and departures.
  • Manage and update the reservations system promptly and accurately.
  • Prepare reports related to room occupancy rates, check-ins, check-outs, and others as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and neat front desk area to provide a positive and professional impression.
  • Address guests’ queries and provide comprehensive information about our services, charges, facilities, and the local area.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Current university student or recent graduate in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
  • Previous internship and customer service experience, would be a plus.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English languages, both written and verbal.

Personal Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-focused approach with a high level of adaptability and problem-solving ability.
  • Familiarity with hospitality technology platforms would be an advantage.
