Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the Head Chef
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen following health and safety standards
• Help in inventory control and supplying of food items and ingredients
• Learn and comply with the company's culinary standards and quality control
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food service

Job Requirements:

• Currently enrolled or recent graduate in Culinary Arts or a related field
• Basic knowledge about food preparation and cooking methods
• Able to work under pressure, multi-task, and stay organized
• Demonstrate ability in high standards of personal hygiene and adhere to kitchen safety standards
• Fluency in English and/or Portuguese
