Job Description

Primarily, the English Teaching Assistant will help our main instructors in providing engaging, interactive English lessons to a diverse range of students. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Preparing class materials and aiding in lesson planning.
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Assisting with moderation and grading of written and oral assignments.
• Facilitating language learning activities outside of the classroom such as outings and cultural exchange programs.

Job Requirements

Suitable candidate should:

• Hold a degree in Education, English Language, Linguistics or a similar relevant field.
• Have at least two years of experience as an English teacher or teaching assistant. Experience in a language school is a plus.
• Be fluent in English (native speakers preferred), while command of Portuguese or other languages is an advantage.
• Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
