This position is based in the charming city of Aveiro, often referred to as Venice of Portugal due to its network of canals and boats. Role Description

As a Customer Service Intern, you will be the front line of our company. Your key role will be interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with exemplary service to their concerns through our various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels like emails, telephones, and social media.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Follow-up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.

Job Requirements

  • A degree/higher education in Business Administration, Communication studies, or in related fields.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Oriented to results and team player.
  • Native or near-native fluency in Portuguese and high-proficiency in English.
