Job Description
Our partner is a boutique real estate agency operating from San Pedro de Alcantara who sells and lists property in Marbella, Benahavis and Estepona. Their aim is to work closely with their clients and ensure they really do ONLY see properties that would suit them.
They are looking for a motivated professional to join their team.
Tasks
The role will include a number of different tasks:
- General administration duties such as sending / obtaining invoices for the accounts department.
- Liaising with the various suppliers when necessary.
- Updating the CRM, property portals
- Supporting the sales team.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English as a minimum.
- Be IT Literate and able to use Microsoft programs, our CRM (training will be given)
- Sound professional when answering the phone.
- The role would suit someone who is enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Confident in dealing with people on the phone and face to face.
- The candidate must be professional in both appearance and attitude to work with a high level of attention to detail.
Conditions
- The candidate will work closely with the team so they will get training.
- This is a paid internship, 400€ per month
- Working week- Mon- Fri 10am- 6pm
