Internship Position: Language Specialist Intern

Job Description

The Language Specialist Intern will be integrated into our multicultural team, where they will participate in various projects and daily tasks which include the following:

  • Assisting with the creation, translation, and proofreading of documents in various languages.
  • Participating in language research and analysis projects.
  • Engaging in interpreting services for internal meetings.
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of linguistic resources.
  • Collaborating with teams across different departments to ensure language consistency and high-quality content.

Job Requirements

  • Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a related degree such as Linguistics, Translation, International Relations, etc.
  • Excellent comprehension and proficiency in at least two languages including English.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to proofread and edit texts.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Personal Requirements

  • Strong interest in linguistics, cultures, and international contexts.
  • Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Capability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
