Job Description

The selected intern will join our dedicated Customer Service team. You will have the opportunity to improve your knowledge and skills in solving customer issues, learning from our experienced team, and supporting in implementing solutions for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond professionally to inbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify customer needs, assist with inquiries, and provide solutions.
  • Develop rapport with customers, demonstrating empathy and maintaining professionalism.
  • Assist in generating customer satisfaction reports and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas for enhancing customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • Currently studying or a recent graduate in Business Administration, Communications, or other related fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions via phone call, e-mail, or social media.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and individually when necessary.
