Position: Management Intern

Job Description:

As a management intern, you will contribute to solving real-world corporate issues and working on active projects that add substantial value to our business. Your primary responsibilities would include but not limited to - supporting in planning and project management tasks, conducting market researches, reporting key results, participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, internal and external communication. You will play an integral part in influencing strategic decisions, being the right hand to key managers in more complex duties.

Job & Personal Requirements:

Candidates should be currently enrolled in a Business Management or relevant field, or be a recent graduate. Prior experience will be an added advantage. Must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in MS Office. We expect a proactive attitude, ability to handle multi-tasking, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a desire to excel. A knowledge of Lithuanian and English languages is mandatory.
