Job Description

Our collaborator is a pioneering education and training organisation based in Lithuania. They are looking for an ambitious and proactive individual who shares their belief that everything can be achieved with a dash of innovation and a cooperative spirit if you would like to contribute as an EU Projects Manager then this is an ideal internship opportunity.

Tasks

This is a diverse position, you will be responsible for roles as project manager and writer, main tasks include: 

  • Coordinating, managing and overseeing ongoing projects.
  • Developing learning resources (for this it is important to have an area of expertise). 
  • Researching contemporary topics and best practices.
  • Communicating with project partners.
  • Organising events and reporting.
  • Drafting project proposals.
  • Building an EU network of organisations that support international collaboration, quality in education, digitisation, and new initiatives.
  • Opening Erasmus+ mobility opportunities for youth, youth workers and educators.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Slack, G-Drive, and Trello.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive and ambitious approach to work.
  • Diligence and a keen focus on detail.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, with multidisciplinary partners.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation in PM (preferred).
  • Experience in grant writing and fundraising (preferred).
  • Experience in Project Management (EU-funded projects) (preferred).

Availability

  • Start date is flexible, preferrably as soon as possible.
  • Availabel for a 3-6 months internship.
