Key Responsibilities

  • Assist lead teachers in planning and delivering engaging English language lessons.
  • Encourage students to participate in speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities.
  • Support the development of lesson materials and resources tailored to different learning styles.
  • Facilitate language practice sessions, conversation clubs, and language workshops.
  • Provide feedback to students on their progress, offering constructive guidance and support.
  • Help maintain a positive and motivating classroom environment.
  • Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and cultural exchanges.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to student records, attendance, and assessments.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English, with a strong command of grammar and vocabulary.
  • A degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in teaching or tutoring is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students.
  • Empathetic, patient, and adaptable to diverse learning needs.
  • Willingness to immerse in the local culture and engage with students outside the classroom.
  • Valid work authorization to be employed in Italy.
