Job Description:

• Support classroom teachers in daily activities, including lesson preparation and delivery.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs.
• Supervise and manage small groups of students during class and recess, ensuring a safe and productive environment.
• Provide one-on-one tutoring and academic support to students struggling with subject matter.
• Help organize educational materials and resources for lessons, ensuring they are readily available.
• Encourage student engagement and participation through interactive activities and discussions.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to assess student progress and provide feedback on learning outcomes.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Personal Requirements:

• Relevant educational qualification (Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred).
• Experience working with children, particularly in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for fostering young learners' growth.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a significant asset.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
