Job Description

As a Management Intern, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in the high-stakes world of international business. This role entails wide-ranging responsibilities, including operations planning, project management, financial analysis, and leadership of cross-functional teams. You will collaborate with seasoned managers and executives, gaining firsthand insight into strategic decision-making, performance management, and entrepreneurial innovation. Additionally, your participation in client meetings, operational reviews, and industry conferences will develop expertise in stakeholder communication, crisis management, and industry trendspotting.

Role Requirements

This role requires a degree in business management or related field, strong analytical skills, and a high level of initiative and adaptability. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise resource planning software. Knowledge of at least two languages, including English, is mandatory. Previous experience in internships, case competitions, or academic research is beneficial but not a strict requirement. However, a passion for learning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cohesively in a team are necessities.
