Job Description

As a Management Intern, you will assist in driving the company's strategic direction, developing and implementing business and operational plans. Your role will include conducting market research, preparing financial analyses, coordinating with different teams, and presenting findings to senior management. You will also participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and workshops, contributing to our continuous improvement and innovation activities.

Tasks Description

- Analyze business operations and strategies to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions for operational challenges.
- Assist in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of key initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on project status, insights, and recommendations.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning processes.

Job Requirements

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Project Management tools and principles is a plus.
