  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student development and any classroom issues.

Job Requirements

  • Possession of a relevant qualification in education (e.g., a degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field).
  • Experience working with children in a classroom or similar setting is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for fostering a supportive learning environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team and adapt to varying student needs.
  • Proficient in both Italian and English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with best practices in education.
