Job Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in the planning and implementation of lessons.
• Support students in their learning processes, catering to individual needs and abilities.
• Supervise and manage groups of students during classroom activities and recess.
• Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and behavior.
• Help create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Organize and participate in classroom events, workshops, and field trips.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including grading and preparation of learning materials.
• Develop respectful relationships with students and communicate effectively with parents.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma; additional qualifications in education or child development are preferable.
• Proven experience working with children or in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators and staff.
• Adaptability and a patient disposition towards student learning.
• Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English is highly desirable.
