Job Description

The Events Intern will be responsible for assisting our Events department in organizing and executing a broad variety of events. The role involves a mixed focus of logistics management, attendee communication, and creative design tasks. Responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during event planning
• Creaitng and distributing event listing and promotional activities in line with our brand
• Managing event set up, tear down, and follow-ups
• Preparing presentations and pitching event ideas to management
• Assisting in budget planning and tracking expenditures
• Providing support to guests and responding to their inquiries
• Assisting in safety and hygiene protocol implementation

Skills & Qualifications

We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and ambitious individual with a passion for innovative event solutions. The successful candidate must:

• Be currently studying or recently graduated in Events Management, Communications, Public Relations or related field
• Possess excellent multilingual communication skills (English required, Italian preferred)
• Have a keen eye for detail and good problem-solving skills
• Be self-driven, adaptable, and able to meet demanding deadlines
• Have working knowledge of MS Office
