Internship Position: Events Intern

Location: Parma, Italy

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including corporate conferences and exhibitions.
• Support the events team in logistical coordination, venue selection, and supplier management.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to develop event themes and concepts.
• Conduct market research to identify potential venues, vendors, and event trends.
• Help in the preparation of promotional materials and communication strategies.
• Manage event registration and attendee communications before, during, and after events.
• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring the smooth execution of all scheduled activities.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of event management software is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Italian is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
