Internship - Reception/Reservations

The company is searching for a dynamic, hospitality-oriented intern to join our Reception/Reservations team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, serving as the first point of contact for our guests and ensuring they receive a five-star experience from the moment they interact with our company.

Job Responsibilities

- Welcoming guests upon their arrival and providing them with detailed information about facilities and services.
- Coordinating and managing reservations, both incoming and outgoing, in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about room rates, packages, discounts, and special offers.
- Handling guest complaints or issues, demonstrating utmost professionalism and empathy.
- Supporting the front office team with check-ins, check-outs, and handling inquiries.
- Maintaining accurate records of bookings and billing information.

Job Requirements

- Studying or recently graduated in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken. Familiarity with other languages is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with grace and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Awareness of best practices in the hospitality sector.
