Job Description: Kitchen/Cook Intern

As a Kitchen/Cook Intern, you will be ingrained in our daily kitchen operations to learn everything from food preparation, meal design, food presentation, recipe development, quality control, to managing kitchen inventory.

- Assisting in the preparation and cooking of meals as per our menu and standards
- Ensuring kitchen hygiene and food safety standards are maintained consistently
- Participating in creative brainstorming to develop new recipes and dishes
- Assisting head chef and fellow cooks during high-pressure meal preparation and service hours
- Aiding in proper management and efficient use of kitchen resources and inventory

Job Requirements:

Prior cooking experience is not mandatory, but applicants should demonstrate a strong passion for culinary arts, a willingness to learn, and should be enrolled in or have recently completed a culinary study program.

- Currently enrolled in or completed a Culinary Arts study program
- Strong passion for Italian cuisine and gastronomy
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Commitment to a high level of kitchen and food service standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly
