Job Description

Your principal role would involve assisting the Head Chef in various daily tasks such as food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Additionally, adhere to our kitchen's hygiene and health standards and ensure that all safety protocols are observed. Furthermore, you'll take part in innovative brainstorming sessions to curate new, exciting dishes for our menu and find ways to improve existing recipes.

Job Requirements

Applicants should ideally be enrolled in a Culinary Arts degree or related course. Experience in a professional kitchen would be advantageous but not compulsory. Key attributes include an innate passion for the culinary arts, a strong work ethic, the ability to work under pressure and the passion to learn and grow. Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory.
