Job Description

The Customer Service Intern is responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, addressing customer concerns, and providing efficient and effective solutions to enhance overall customer experience. Tasks will involve conversing with customers through various channels, handling complaints, processing orders, providing information about products, and compiling daily activity reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer inquiries and provide customized solutions.
Maintain professional and amicable relationships with customers.
Participate in team meetings, contributing to strategies that elevate customer service and overall customer satisfaction.
Assist in maintaining customer service logs and databases in a well-organized manner.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should be pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM softwares is preferred.
