Paid Social and Content Manager Internship in Parma, Italy (English speaker)

As an Assistant Social and Content Manager, you will be responsible for managing clients' social communities.

Tasks:

• You will write small texts for the sites and do data entry of content on the sites.
• You will assist Social and Content Managers in managing small tasks involving editorial plans such as writing posts and data mining for reports.
•  moderating comments and responding to private messages, following up on agreed-upon responses with the client, and proposing new replies written ad hoc for specific questions.

Requirements:

• Have an native level of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Have a good understanding of Italian to communicate with the team (at least B2).
• Pay attention to how brands communicate differently depending on their personality;
• You have the curiosity to try to understand what is behind brands' projects;
• You like to study how influencers approach their communities when advertising products and services and make observations on what you think works better or worse depending on the audience;
• You like to experience social media firsthand.  

You are the perfect person for this position if you have also had some experience in managing profiles or small communities online that relate to your passions (the team of the sport you play? A page dedicated to your sewing hobby? Your cat's profile? Your parents' hardware store?)   Benefits:
