Job Description
As an Education / Teaching Assistant, you will aid in promoting interactive learning within our school environment. You will be required to:
- Support the teacher in planning, preparing and delivering lessons
- Assist the teacher in monitoring students’ progress by taking notes and maintaining records
- Help children with their educational and social development, both in and out of the classroom
- Work closely with teachers to ensure your own contribution aligns with the lesson plan and educational objectives
- Attend meetings and reviews to discuss students' progress
- Provide feedback to parents on a student’s progress at teachers’ request
Job Requirements
Applicants should possess a minimum of an associate degree in Education or a related field. Proficiency in English and Italian is mandatory, with a prior 2-year experience in an educational institution. A valid teaching assistant certification will be an added advantage.
Personal Requirements
We are looking for individuals with a passion for teaching, excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to work well in a team. Patience, creativity, enthusiasm, and effective disciplinary skills are also a necessity in this role.
