Job Description

As an Intern in our Reception/Reservations department, you'll be part of a dynamic team that serves as the first point of contact for our esteemed clientele. Primarily, you'll be involved in managing reservations, coordinating customer service, and supporting the administration, all while adhering to our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage phone, email and online reservations, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service.
• Assist in general administrative duties and support Reception/Reservation Manager with daily operations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and rates.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a related Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Excellent command of English and Italian languages.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Attentive to detail and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of reservation software is a plus but not necessary.
• Interest in the hospitality industry.
