Responsibility Overview:

As a valued member of our HR team, you will get hands-on experience in key HR functions. Your responsibilities will involve:

• Supporting the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting telephone screenings and face-to-face interviews
• Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires
• Helping with day-to-day tasks such as maintaining employee records and providing support to employees in various HR related topics
• Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives
• Supporting employee engagement activities

Qualifications and Personal Requirements:

We are seeking ambitious candidates who are keen to develop their skills in the HR sector. Specific requirements include:

• Enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite'Previous internship experience in HR or related field is preferred'
• Fluency in Italian and English language
