Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire a Human Resources Intern who will work with our team to augment the execution of HR-related tasks and initiatives. You will be responsible for assisting in areas such as:

-Recruitment and selection processes
-Coordinating onboarding procedures for new hires
-Managing employee engagement and retention programs
-Assisting with benefits administration and employee relations issues
-Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies

Job Requirements

Our ideal candidate should:

-Be pursuing or have completed a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
-Have strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
-Possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities
-Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
-Fluency in Italian and English
-Possess a strong desire to learn and contribute
