Job Description:

As a Management Intern, you will be immersed in our operations, getting a comprehensive look at how we continuously achieve excellence in a fast-paced tech environment. This includes: assisting in streamlining business operations, conducting performance evaluations, helping in creating business strategies, working with various departments for alignment of practices, coordinating with team leaders to understand individual department goals, and assisting managers in making strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the management team to understand organizational goals and strategies.
Assist in the implementation of operational strategies.
Build presentations and present findings to the management team.
Participate in cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Perform administrative tasks as required by the management team.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree program with a major in Business Administration or a related field. Possessing a solid understanding of business operations, leadership abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian, along with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, is essential. Previous experience in a similar role would be considered an advantage.
