Job Description: Intern - Hospitality / Tourism
The intern will play an integral role in the daily functions within the Hospitality/Tourism area. Main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting in customer relations tasks, from addressing inquiries to solving any potential issues clients might encounter.
- Assisting in organizing, structuring, and promoting tourism packages and special programs.
- Participating in any event and program management, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis.
- Contributing in maintaining an up-to-date database of our clients and partners.
- Aid in market research and analysis to aid in decision-making processes and strategy building.
- Performing administrative tasks as and when required.
Job Requirements
The desired candidate must be currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or related fields. A basic understanding of the hospitality and tourism industry and its operations is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Italian languages. Other languages will be a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Vigilant attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
