The intern would be deeply integrated into our culinary team, receiving hands-on training and gaining in-depth exposure to the culinary arts. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: meal preparation following compliance with the company's standards; maintaining a sanitized kitchen; learning the art of perfecting recipes; teaming up with other members of the kitchen to ensure efficient service delivery; and studying up-to-date food-heating procedures.
Candidates must be currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from a culinary program or related field. You must have a strong desire to learn about the food industry, coupled with an enthusiasm for food and a creative flair. Knowledge of the Italian language is considered advantageous but not essential. Furthermore, you need to have excellent teamwork skills, the ability to multitask, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
