Our collaborator is a hotel in the city center of Florence. They offer accommodation services to travelers from all over the world. Their particularity is to associate a country with each of their rooms. For example, in the room dedicated to Egypt, you will find decorations recalling the famous pyramids, the Nile, and pharaohs. Similarly, as regards the hotel's restaurant, the dishes are elaborated according to each country and if you choose the Egyptian menu, you will get a discount. They are currently looking for a receptionist assistant to help them with their daily tasks.Job description / tasks
- Welcoming the guests, offering information about the hotel and the city
- Check-in / Check out management
- Online database update (availability)
- Helping with customer relationship
- Provide as best as possible what the guests need
Profile
- Dynamic and organized
- Strong communication skills
- Duration: at least 2 months
- Languages: English and all other languages are valued, especially Italian.
