The selected intern will have the opportunity to work closely with the Human Resources team. They will be involved in enhancing HR policies, working on recruitment and selection processes, assisting in employee engagement activities, and working on HR analytics. The intern will also get an opportunity to work on strategic HR projects, participate in performance management system design and deployment, and help shape the employee engagement plan of the organization.

Candidates should be currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field. They should have excellent communication skills in both Italian and English. Competencies such as team work, problem solving, time management and adaptability to work in a multi-cultural environment are also required. No previous work experience is required but knowledge in HR industry's challenges and trends could be a plus.
The ideal candidate should be a team player with strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to continuously learn and improve. They should have an eye for detail, ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, and good judgement in making decisions. They should also demonstrate a high level of commitment, determination, and flexibility to meet project deadlines.
