The noteworthy candidate will not only be responsible for providing support to classroom teachers in carrying out individual and group activities but will also actively participate in promoting an environment conducive to student growth and development.
You will be expected to prepare and organize class material under the direction of the lead teacher and help with grading assignments and evaluating student progress. You should be able to substitute for the lead teacher whenever necessary, ensuring uninterrupted continuity in the instructional process.
The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field and have a minimum of two years of experience as a teaching assistant or teacher in an educational setting. Fluency in English is a key requirement, although a command of Italian would be beneficial due to the location of the school.
Applicants must also demonstrate competency in maintaining a disciplined and interactive learning environment, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
