Job Description

Europa Silvella is a family camping village with a history dating back to 1958. Nestled on the shores of Lake Garda, in San Felice del Benaco, we host up to 1,400 guests across 7 hectares of open-air hospitality. Our team is young, united, and driven by a simple but powerful motto: Camping with love.

We are looking for a motivated Bar & Restaurant Intern to join our food & beverage team for the 2025 season. This hybrid role combines bar service at our pool bar and floor service in our lakeside restaurant — giving you real, well-rounded experience in hospitality. You'll work under the direct supervision of our F&B Manager, in a multicultural environment where teamwork, growth, and guest experience come first.

Tasks

  • Welcome and serve guests in the restaurant with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile
  • Support the bar team in preparing coffee, beverages, and basic cocktails
  • Take orders accurately and ensure timely, high-quality service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in both bar and restaurant areas
  • Collaborate actively with colleagues to guarantee smooth service flow
  • Contribute to creating a memorable and relaxing experience for every guest

Requirements

  • Good command of English — additional languages are a strong plus (German, Dutch, French, Italian)
  • Genuine empathy and guest-oriented mindset
  • Strong team spirit, punctuality, and reliability
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to grow within a new professional experience
  • Flexibility to work across both bar and restaurant settings

Conditions

  • Contract type: Internship / Stage
  • Period: Late June – Late September / Early October 2025
  • Compensation: €800 net/month
  • Working hours: Full time (36–40 hours/week)
  • Day off: At least 1 guaranteed rest day per week
  • Accommodation: Free of charge — private bedroom in a shared mobile home (shared kitchen and bathroom, one roommate of the same gender)
  • Supervision: Directly supervised and supported by our Bar & Restaurant Manager throughout the entire season
