Internship Position: Food and Beverage Management Intern

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies for new and existing products.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
  • Implement quality control processes to ensure product standards are met.
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to assist in recipe development and tastings.
  • Support inventory management and assist in procurement processes.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on product innovation initiatives.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to product improvement strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Food Science, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; fluency in Italian and English is preferred.
