Job Description

As an English Teaching Assistant, you will be tasked with aiding the Lead English Instructor in creating vibrant, engaging, and effective lesson plans. You will assist with coordinating classroom activities, grading student work, maintaining administrative records, and fostering a rich learning environment. In addition to classroom responsibilities, you may also contribute to our extracurricular language immersion activities to encourage language use outside the classroom.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, TESOL or a related field, and a certification in teaching English as a second language, such as TEFL or CELTA. A minimum of one year working experience in English language teaching is essential. Proficiency in Italian is required. Strong skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment are expected. Familiarity with modern teaching aids, such as interactive whiteboards and language learning apps, is a plus.
